Phone number: collected only if you subscribe to the Concierge tier, used solely to send SMS reminders.

Device information: used to deliver push notifications.

To provide core app functionality: organizing your captured thoughts into tasks, reminders, and your private Vault.

To send you reminders via push notification or SMS, depending on your subscription tier.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including cloud hosting and database storage, AI transcription and language processing, voice synthesis, push notification delivery, and SMS delivery for Concierge subscribers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver app functionality and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. Vault entries are additionally protected behind Face ID or PIN on your device.
